MISSION
STATEMENT
A privately held corporation, is a certified Post Graduate nationally
approved provider of relicensing seminars. It receives its certification
through the State of California Board of Chiropractic Examiners. The
Company is also certified as a post graduate provider of relicensing
seminars for the California Board of Registered Nurses, and is a Network
Provider for Blue Cross of California.
Innercalm Associates has been providing quality post graduate seminars
to doctors of Chiropractic and nurses for over nine years. The company
has had its continuing education programs for chiropractors approved in
all states where they have applied.
MISSION STATEMENT
Innercalm Associates, as a provider of post graduate seminars,
is to advance the protocols, procedures, traditions, scientific research
and viewpoints, through professional post graduate educational seminars,
in an environment that reinforces dedicated service to their respective
professions and patients.
TEACHING PEDAGOGY FOR RELICENSING SEMINARS
Along with its certified instructors, Innercalm Associates plans its educational
curricula by identifying chiropractic topics, skills, protocols and procedures
that practitioners may be lacking, or in need of review. With this in
mind the company devises seminars to provide the following benefits to
the practitioner:

* Learn new procedures and techniques in order to acquire new skills
* Improve communication and attitude of the professional toward patients
* Incorporate new knowledge and skill into clinical practice

TEACHING METHOD
Innercalm Associates seminars implement an hourly formula for comprehension
and retention that combines a format of lecture demonstration, interaction,
evaluation and summary. Innercalm Associates requires some form of audio
visual aids to enhance every seminar. In addition a full curriculum packet
of information is provided all attendees.
CLASSROOM SETTING
AND LOCATION
Innercalm Associates conducts its seminars in colleges, universities,
hospitals and hotels. The proper professional setting will at all times
be the rule. In order to provide for the professionals valued time Innercalm
Associates, wherever possible, will have as its priority a location convenient
to all attendees. Therefore Innercalm Associates will provide seminars
throughout the state of California and all other states in a timely manner.
AUDITS
Innercalm Associates hereby grants any member of any authorized Board
of Health Care Providers, or employee or designee thereof, the right
to audit any approved seminar for relicensing in progress and to inspect
any records relating to that seminar from said Board during business
hours.
PROCEDURES FOR DOCUMENTATION
Innercalm Associates has in place for the past nine years procedures
for documentation completion of courses, and retention of attendance
records for a period of four years. The Attachment will furnish the
Board with examples of Innercalm Associates’ record keeping.
