All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event, or no refund is given. Scheduling a seminar holds your seat at the seminar location. Therefore, late cancellations are not refunded, and you will forfeit the entire cost of the seminar.

For online courses and web related programs that are not "Live Events", you will have immediate access to the course materials, or an associate will forward them to you via email or regular mail, depending on the specific product. Innercalm does not offer refunds for materials already delivered, or for courses that have already been opened by the customer.

All online courses will be given immediate access to course materials, either through our website, or a direct email containing the pertinent course materials. 

All seminars are often booked months in advance, and location information and seminar dates/times are provided on our website, and also available by calling customer service.
